We offer express shipping on all orders. Orders are processed within 24 hours and typically arrive within 3–5 business days. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.

If your watch arrives damaged or faulty, we’ll replace it free of charge. We’ll cover all return and delivery costs, so you won’t have to pay anything.

If you simply don’t like the watch for any reason, you can still return it. In this case:
• You can send the watch back to our address using any courier service of your choice, and the return shipping cost will be paid by you.
• Rs. 250 will be deducted from your refund, as this is the delivery fee we paid to ship your order to you.

Our watches are crafted with durable finishes, but proper care is essential to maintain their original shine. Avoid prolonged exposure to sweat, water, perfumes, lotions, and other chemicals. After each use, gently wipe the watch with a soft cloth and store it in a dry place. With the right care, your watch will retain its premium look for a long time.

If your watch stops working, the battery may need replacement. If replacing the battery doesn't solve the issue, please contact our customer support for assistance.

Most of our chain watches can be easily adjusted to fit your wrist at any local watch shop.

Bracelet watches are not adjustable.

If you’d like your adjustable watch to arrive ready to wear, simply send us your wrist size on WhatsApp. We’ll adjust it for you free of charge, so there’s no need to visit a watch shop.

Please note: Wrist-size adjustment requires a minimum 50% advance payment, as an adjusted watch is customised for you.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with any missing items, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. A parcel opening video is required to process any claim. Claims submitted without a parcel opening video cannot be approved.

Once you share the required video, our team will verify the issue and arrange a free replacement within 24 hours. You won't have to pay any additional shipping or delivery charges for the replacement.
